Let’s Get your Blessing Booked.

Marriage Blessing Form

Your Contact Info

We're going to need to be able to get in touch with you.

About the Blessing

The date you're booking is only a request till confirmed.  To avoid any disappointment, please fill in our general contact form to enquire what dates may be available before filling in this one.

If you are already married, please give your wedding date. If you are planning to have a future marriage blessed, please give the date planned for the civil ceremony.

Parish Connection

We're delighted to welcome you to our churches. Traditionally, people get married or have their wedding blessed in their local parish church, or one with which they or their family have a connection. In respect of a blessing, there is no legal requirement regarding this; but if you are unsure about where to hold the ceremony, this information will help us advise you appropriately.
